Our logo was created from the initials of our names – because from the very beginning, moora has been a story about us and about what we wanted to create together. We are a family-owned jewelry brand designed and handcrafted in Leszno, in our own workshop: every design is created here, from the very first idea to the final handmade finishing touches.

Who’s behind it

Marta – designer and founder. She sets the direction. She sees the bigger picture. She makes sure that every design has meaning, not just form. Thanks to her, moora is not just “a collection of products,” but a cohesive brand.

Ola – designer. She has a strong sense of proportion and material. She simplifies instead of adding more. She creates forms that are powerful precisely because they are simple.

Rafał – master goldsmith. Over 40 years of experience. Calmness, precision, and a steady hand. He is the foundation – without him, none of this would exist.

Artur – goldsmith and engraver. He works with details. With millimeters. He gives each design its final shape and transforms it into something that lasts for years.

We don’t separate “design” from “production.” We do everything together – from the very first decision to the moment someone puts on our jewelry.

Handcrafted at moora

This onyx necklace with a leather pendant is made by hand in our family workshop in Leszno, Poland. We combine gemstones, stainless steel and leather, paying close attention to proportions, textures and how the materials look alongside one another.

The deep black of onyx meets the metallic shine of stainless steel and the distinctive texture of leather. We carefully arrange the elements and refine their connections to create a harmonious composition. Hand-finishing each piece in our Polish workshop allows us to care for every detail.

Small variations in the leather’s texture give each piece its individual character. This is part of the charm of a material whose appearance may subtly change over time.

Onyx, stainless steel and leather – care

This necklace combines three materials, so its care should be guided by the most delicate one — leather. Gentle cleaning and protection from moisture will help preserve the beauty of the stones, stainless steel details and leather pendant.

• Remove the necklace before bathing, swimming, sleeping, cleaning or exercising
• Do not immerse the jewellery in water or leave it to soak
• Avoid direct contact with perfumes, cosmetics, alcohol and detergents. Put your necklace on last when getting ready
• Wipe the entire piece with a soft, dry cloth after wearing
• When needed, clean the onyx and stainless steel with a slightly damp cloth, avoiding the leather elements, then dry thoroughly
• Gently clean the leather pendant with a dry cloth. Do not scrub it or use unsuitable creams, oils or jewellery cleaners
• If the leather gets wet, blot away moisture with a soft cloth and leave the necklace to dry at room temperature, away from radiators and hairdryers
• Protect from prolonged direct sunlight and high temperatures
• Avoid impacts, drops and rubbing the stones against hard surfaces
• Do not use ultrasonic cleaners, steam cleaners or abrasive products
• Store the necklace separately in a dry place, ideally in a soft pouch or moora box, without bending or crushing the leather pendant

When putting on or removing the necklace, do not pull on the pendant or the connections between the elements. These simple habits will help preserve its shape and careful finish for longer.
