Shipping abroad

The moora store processes orders to most European Union countries.

If you order products outside Poland, please contact us to arrange the details, or go to the basket and complete the order to find out the shipping cost.

Waiting time for delivery

Orders are processed within 2-3 days from the moment of placing the order and making the payment.

The delivery waiting time (from the moment of receiving the shipping confirmation) depends on the courier company.

Parcel carriers

They may vary depending on the country, mainly DPD. After entering the parcel into the system, the courier company notifies the recipient by e-mail about the status of the parcel.

In most cases, the courier contacts the recipient by phone - however, this is not his obligation.
