The shipping cost depends on the destination country and is calculated in the basket before you place your order.
Processing and delivery time
Orders are processed within 2–3 working days of placing the order and receiving the payment. Delivery usually takes about 4 working days from dispatch, depending on the destination country and carrier.
Electronic gift cards are sent by e-mail.

Once the parcel is registered, the carrier notifies the recipient of its status by e-mail. In most cases the courier also contacts the recipient by phone, although they are not obliged to do so.
Switzerland is outside the European Union — customs duties and import taxes may be charged on delivery and are borne by the customer.
