Who’s behind it

Ola – designer. She has a strong sense of proportion and material. She simplifies instead of adding more. She creates forms that are powerful precisely because they are simple.
Rafał – master goldsmith. Over 40 years of experience. Calmness, precision, and a steady hand. He is the foundation – without him, none of this would exist.
Artur – goldsmith and engraver. He works with details. With millimeters. He gives each design its final shape and transforms it into something that lasts for years.

HANDCRAFTED AT MOORA
Velvet Night jewellery is handmade in our family workshop in Leszno, Poland. We select the garnet and spinel beads with attention to their shades, lustre and how they look alongside one another.
We combine the warm burgundy of garnet with the cooler navy blue reflections of spinel and silver-toned stainless steel details. Hand-finishing in our Polish workshop allows us to take care of the proportions, bead arrangement and final appearance of each piece.
Natural garnets may vary slightly in shade and structure. These subtle differences are part of their beauty and give your jewellery its individual character.

GARNET AND SPINEL - CARE
Gentle care helps preserve the stones’ rich colours and subtle lustre. Garnet and spinel are well suited to jewellery, but they still need protection from hard knocks and improper cleaning.
• Protect your jewellery from drops, knocks and rubbing against hard surfaces
• Remove it before bathing, swimming, cleaning, sleeping or exercising
• Avoid direct contact with perfume, cosmetics and detergents put your jewellery on as the final step when getting dressed
• After wearing, gently wipe it with a soft, dry cloth
• If needed, use a soft cloth dampened with lukewarm water and a little mild soap. Remove any soap residue with a clean, damp cloth, then gently dry
• Do not use abrasive cleaners or metal-polishing products on the stones
• Protect it from high temperatures and sudden temperature changes
• For at-home care, clean gently by hand do not use ultrasonic or steam cleaners
• Store separately from other jewellery ideally in a soft pouch or a moora box
