Returns

Purchased products can be returned within 14 days of receipt of shipment.

The condition for allowing a return is to send back the goods clean (can be tried on), "odorless" (e.g. creams, perfumes), together with the original box, tags and proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).

Due to the safety of the parcel and the time of delivery - we recommend sending the goods back by courier service or using the postal option "Confirmation of posting" / "Priority parcel".

We do not accept packages sent to us "cash on delivery" and to a parcel machine.

Shipping return costs are borne by the ordering party.

How to return or complain about a product?

1. standard procedure

Pack the products with the receipt (or invoice) and BECAUSE of the printed and completed return form.

Replacement and return shipping costs are to be borne by the purchaser.
